Samuel James Construction, Inc. was founded in 1960 with the goal of offering quality site work at a reasonable price.  Today, the company still thrives in Culpeper County. Samuel’s son, Mark James is the guiding force of the business while grandson, Matthew James manages the technical and project planning aspects.
