Samuel James Construction, Inc. is a third-generation owned and operated company established in 1960. Our company is a Class A Contractor, as well as VDOT-certified, bonded and insured.  We strive to produce quality work with personalized service at a reasonable price.  Our services are numerous, including site preparation, subdivision road development, erosion and sediment control, water and sewer development, general excavation, ponds and clearing.

Samuel James Construction, Inc. was founded in 1960 with the goal of offering quality site work at a reasonable price.  Today, the company still thrives in Culpeper County. Samuel’s son, Mark James is the guiding force of the business while grandson, Matthew James manages the technical and project planning aspects.
